Google My Business is like a business directory where users can update their business info for their customers, plus it can double as a tool where prospects can come across new businesses.

The new service will integrate seamlessly with search, maps and Google+, so having folks find your business shouldn’t be much of a problem.  Businesses that have been using Places on Google+, also known as Google+ Local will be moved to the new platform without having to lift a finger.

In addition, there’s an Android app for that, which should allow business owners to change information and respond to their customers reviews.
